KELER receives and sends orders and related statements and notifications concerning cash accounts in the so-called RCMS system. The attached description contains a description of the formats used by KELER.
Within the framework of the KELER Service Development Program (KSDP) going live on 6 December 2021, SWIFT messages related to the securities settlement previously managed by RCMS were removed.
KELER made the descriptions of new SWIFT messages (arage guidelines) available on the SWIFT MyStandards portal.

To view the descriptions published on the interface, swift.com registration is required. After successful registration and login, the MyStandards interface can be accessed under My tools / (Products /) MyStandards. The following guide will help you register:
